Terms and Conditions of Tkwen Educational Consulting Office
1. Provision of services: The Office provides educational and educational consultations, including the provision of school rehabilitation programmes with workshops for teachers. Each service is defined in detail in the agreement signed between the parties.
2. Fees and payment: Fees are paid according to the agreed schedule. In case of delay, the office has the right to discontinue the service until due payments are received.
3. Cancellation or postponement of services: The service may be cancelled or postponed by written notice before [the number of days] from the commencement of implementation. In case of cancellation after commencement of work, the Office keeps a portion of the fee for what has been done.
4. Confidentiality: The Office maintains the confidentiality of all information exchanged with the client, and no information is shared with third parties without prior consent.
5. Liability: The Office is not responsible for any results resulting from misuse of consultations or failure to implement recommendations.
6. Acceptance: The use of office services is a complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
